Each towel is printed to order. Production usually takes 2 to 7 business days, then standard US shipping takes about 6 to 11 business days.

Will it arrive before Christmas?
We recommend ordering by December 8 for delivery before Christmas. Delivery dates are estimates and can run longer during the holidays.

Is shipping free?
Yes. Standard shipping is free on every order to a US address. We ship to the US only for now.

Can I return it?
If it arrives damaged, misprinted or as the wrong item, email us at hello@hytongolf.com within 21 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we’ll send a free replacement or a full refund. You don’t need to send it back. Because each item is made to order, we can’t take returns for a change of mind. See our refund policy.
