Ordering and personalization

How do I personalize my gift?

On the product page, tap Personalize, type the name or upload a photo, and check the live preview. What you see in the preview is what we print.

How long can the name be?

The text automatically resizes to fit the print area, so longer names print smaller. For the boldest look, keep names short, and always check the preview before you add to cart.

What kind of photo works best?

For photo golf balls and photo mugs, use a clear, well-lit photo with the face centered and looking at the camera. Phone photos work well. Avoid blurry, dark or very small images.

Can I change my order after I place it?

Contact us as soon as possible. We review personalized orders before they go to print, so we can often fix a typo if you reach us quickly. Once an item is printed, it can't be changed.

Shipping

How long will my order take?

Each gift is printed to order in 2–7 business days. Shipping then takes about 4–10 business days for mugs and 6–11 business days for towels and golf balls.

Is shipping free?

Yes. Every order ships free anywhere in the United States, with no minimum.

Do you ship outside the US?

Not at the moment. We currently ship to US addresses only.

Can I ship a gift straight to the recipient?

Yes. Just enter their name and address as the shipping address at checkout.

How do I track my order?

When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link.

Returns and problems

What if my gift arrives misprinted or damaged?

Can I return a personalized gift?

Because each item is made just for you, we can't accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind. Please double-check spelling in the live preview before you order. See our refund policy for details.

Gifting

When should I order for Christmas?

We recommend ordering by December 8 for delivery before Christmas within the US.

Who are these gifts for?

Anyone who loves golf. They make great gifts for dads, husbands, grandfathers and golf buddies, for birthdays, Father's Day, retirements and the holidays.
